Welcome to All, a programme that builds on three years of impactful grassroots work supporting displaced communities in Somerset. It addresses the growing need for practical, compassionate support rooted in lived experience and delivered through trusted community organisations. Our vision is to make Somerset a beacon of inclusivity and equity.
Funded by Somerset Council, we are working alongside a strong partnership of voluntary, community, faith, local council, and social enterprise organisations. Together, we’re creating a network of six welcoming community hubs across the county.

These hubs offer group and one-to-one support to build resilience and improve mental health, using trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approaches. We also provide training to strengthen community understanding and response.
