connect, learn and belong

CONNECT, LEARN AND BELONG

The Somerset Interfaith and Belief Network creates opportunities for people from all faiths, beliefs and backgrounds to come together, make connections and learn from one another. We believe that understanding starts with conversation and that stronger communities are built through respect, curiosity and kindness.

Through community events, conversations, visits, workshops and celebrations, we bring people together to share experiences, discover different traditions and celebrate what makes Somerset diverse and welcoming.

Interfaith and belief network meeting

While our faiths, beliefs and life experiences may be different, many of the values we hold are the same: compassion, respect, community and a desire to make Somerset a better place for everyone. By creating opportunities for people to meet and talk, we can break down barriers and build lasting friendships.

Whether you represent a faith group, work in the community, are part of a local organisation, or simply want to meet new people and learn something different, there is a place for you in the network. Together, we can create communities where people feel valued, respected and welcome, whatever their faith, belief or background.
