We’re pleased to announce that our Community Buildings Membership for 2026/27 is now open to both new and returning members.
Membership gives you access to our members’ area of templates, resources and guidance, along with supplier discounts, discounts and priority booking for training, events and our Annual Conference. Members also gain entry to our friendly Community Buildings and Spaces Facebook group, connecting you with peers across Somerset.
By joining, you’ll be part of a growing network of community-led spaces working together to strengthen resilience, share practice and support the wellbeing of local people.
2026/27 Membership Fees
Based on your building’s annual turnover:
- £0–£10,000: £20 + VAT
- £10,000–£20,000: £40 + VAT
- £20,000–£30,000: £80 + VAT
- £40,000 and over: £120 + VAT
We’ve updated our fee structure following a full review of our service. The new turnoverbased model keeps membership affordable and more closely aligned with the size and needs of each building. Many members will see a reduced fee, while those with larger turnovers may see a small increase to support the sustainability of the service.
Hallmark is under national and local review. It will return as an optional addon with a separate fee once the new framework is confirmed.
